1)This Soda Water Filling Machine is a unique design combining the three machines of bottle washing, filling and capping in one to decrease main power, to save space and to diminish the air pollution among the three machines.
2)The Soda Water Filling Machine is applicable for carbonated drink filled in plastic bottles and capped with plastic caps, with optional capacity from 7000BPH to 8000BPH.
3)The Soda Water Filling Machine is easy to change the shape of bottles, which can be done by changing the thumb wheel without adjusting the height of the machine.
4)Adopting suspensory transmission gear can easily upkeep and be repaired.
5)The Soda Water Filling Machine case and the parts contacting with the materials are made of stainless steel which ensures the good external look and easy washing.
6)It uses frequency changer to conrtol the main Soda Water Filling Machine motor.
7)And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.

Machine Function
· Washing Part :Washing and dripping the bottles, they were gripped by bottle clamp will make another 180º turn along a guide track to resume bottle mouth facing up position.
· Filling Part :Entering the filler, bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plates, which are actuated by bottle carrier mechanism to raise them to engage with filling valves.
· Capping Part:Bottle carrier mechanism is lowered by a cam to disengage filled bottles with filling valves. Then bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck handling wheel.
